The sunny skies and marginally milder days that descend upon Abu Dhabi in October might be deceiving, but make no mistake: Halloween is a Fall seasonal celebration that’s embraced in Abu Dhabi and the UAE!
Local children will participate in “traditional” trick-or-treating on the evening of 31 October, especially in the expat housing estates. However, elsewhere in the city, there are plenty of other ways to celebrate the spooky month and dress up for the occasion in the prior weeks.
From family events to brunches and grown-up-only spooky evenings, here’s what you can expect from Halloween and Day of the Dead celebrations in Abu Dhabi this October.
