A new luxury island destination to look forward to in Abu Dhabi
News this month of a brand new villa-only exclusive resort will open on Abu Dhabi’s private Al Nawras Island.
Due to open in 2023, the exclusive LXR Hotels & Resorts property (a sub-brand of Hilton) will comprise of 80 beach and water villas, as well as a 450-square-metre, two-bedroom Royal Villa.
The focus of the resorts will be leisure and well-being. As well as a golf course, expect to see a gym, fitness studio, tennis and padel courts, three swimming pools, a private marina, beach club and luxury spa.
The little ones are not forgotten with a playground, family swimming pool, splash pad and kids club.
For dining and drinks, the resort will comprise two signature restaurants with indoor and al fresco dining areas, as well as two bars and a wellness-inspired café.

The resort will join LXR’s global portfolio, which includes properties in the UK, US, Turkey, Seychelles, Japan, Israel and Anguilla. Habtoor Palace Dubai also falls under the umbrella.
