Qasr al Watan reopens doors to the public

Qasr Al Watan is set to re-open its doors to the public on 20 October 2020.

Closed since March 2020, Qasr al Watan will reopen with strict precautionary measures for the safety of guests, including mandatory online booking to ensure limited capacity is adhered to.

Guests will be asked to maintain social distancing throughout their visit, wear face masks and sanitize hands regularly. Guests should also expect thermal screening cameras and modified capacity limits inside each exhibit, as well as modified shopping and dining experiences.

Qasr Al Watan Timings

General admission to the main palace building and grounds:

  • Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM)
  • Thursday to Saturday 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM (Last entry 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM)
  • Closed on Mondays

Tickets for Qasr Al Watan

For the immediate future, there will be no tickets sold at the door; you must advance reserve your tickets at www.QasrAlWatan.ae or from PlatinumList

  • Tickets cost 60 AED for Adults and 30 AED for Juniors

Free date changes are permitted at this time.

Palace in Motion Sound and Light show

This will return on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM, where the Palace is illuminated in a spectacular display however the Symphony of the Nation marching band will not be performing.

Qasr Al Watan Library

The Qasr Al Watan Library will remain closed until further notice.
