Abu Dhabi’s brunch scene isn’t just for lazy afternoons—the city also shines after dark with a growing number of evening brunches. Perfect for those who prefer dining out later in the day, these night brunches typically run on Friday or Saturday evenings and include set menus paired with free-flowing drinks.
The big difference with evening ‘brunch’ in Abu Dhabi is that most are seated and have set menus, or you’ll only get a limited menu to choose from. The emphasis is on packaged food and drink with Friday vibes, more so than your usual Saturday afternoon brunch affair (which is largely about serve-yourself buffets, food stations and a wide variety of choice, also washed down with free-flow!)
Please always veryify a deal is running before you book your night out; dining deals in Abu Dhabi are constantly changing and venues aren’t always the best at communicating this in their advertising!

Friday’s Favourite Brunch at McCafferty’s
- Fridays 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
It’s technically still afternoon, but we’re going to throw this one in to kick-start your weekend before we get to late-night business. McCaffertys may be better known as a late-night venue, but if you have a half-day Friday, this is the perfect venue to fill your belly.
Traditional pub grub is served with an extensive selection of mains, as well as a shared plate of starters and desserts. Live music accompanies your late afternoon meal. They are great with the drink stacking, but FYI, regular happy hour still runs until 8:00 pm!

Atlon Throwback Friday Night Brunch
- Fridays 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Free flow drinks, including bubbly and beer, are available, as is a three-course menu. It’s basic pub-style dining, with pizza, fish and chips, and Caesar salad as your mains. But really, it’s the tunes you come to Atlon for! Cranking out your weekend hits from 8:00 p.m., what a way to start your weekend!
PS—It’s worth noting that if it’s your birthday, brunch is on the house (with ID, of course!).

Dino’s Bistro Italiano
- Fridays from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
A family-friendly option for your Friday evening, Dino’s pizza and pasta is always a fail-safe option for your fussy eaters. Indulge in bottomless Italian dishes from their à la carte menu, and experience their roving cooking stations at your table, accompanied by soft and basic house beverages.
Located on the ground floor of Pearl Rotana, Capital, it seems to remain a hidden gem despite its exceptional value.
